At XDS Bikes, we want you to ride with confidence, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all bikes and gear in original, unused condition. If your new ride isn't the perfect fit, our streamlined exchange process ensures you get back on the trail as quickly as possible.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Package Your Gear
Carefully pack your items in their original factory packaging, ensuring that all manuals, tools, and protective padding are included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship to XDS
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or schedule a pickup for oversized bike boxes.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the return, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange item within 3-5 business days.
