How are XDS bikes delivered and do they require assembly?
All XDS bikes are shipped 85% pre-assembled in a secure carton. You will need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and saddle. We include a basic tool kit and recommend a professional safety check before your first ride.
What is the warranty period on XDS frames and components?
We offer a lifetime warranty on all XDS aluminum and carbon frames for the original purchaser. Components such as forks, brakes, and drivetrains are covered by a standard 12-month manufacturer warranty against defects.
How do I determine the correct frame size for my height?
Each product page features a specific 'Size Guide' button. Generally, size is determined by your height and inseam measurement. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing down for better maneuverability or sizing up for increased stability.
What is your return policy for bicycles purchased online?
We offer a 30-day return policy. The bicycle must be in its original packaging, unassembled, and in brand-new condition. Please note that return shipping costs for bulky items like bikes are the responsibility of the customer.
